Welcome to VBA Academy. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for any of our programs or using our services.

1. Registration and Cancellation Policies

Program Postponement or Cancellation: The academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel any training program if the required number of participants is not met. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the trainees. The academy reserves the right to modify the program dates or venues, and trainees have the right to object, in which case they will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within one week of the cancellation request, using the original payment method.

All content and training materials provided in the programs and workshops are the exclusive property of VBA Academy and are subject to copyright.
Trainees are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or sharing any of these materials with third parties.
The academy reserves the right to publish photos, videos, or testimonials of trainees for marketing purposes on its website and social media channels, unless the trainee has submitted a written request to the contrary.

We expect all trainees to maintain professional and ethical conduct during lectures, whether online or at the venue.
The academy is not responsible for any dealings or partnerships that arise between trainees outside the scope of the academy.

While VBA Academy strives to provide the best possible training experience, trainee success ultimately depends on their own efforts and participation. The academy does not directly guarantee the success of your project but provides you with the tools and methodology to achieve that.
No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee employment after completing the program.
Project Outcomes: We do not guarantee specific outcomes for your project, as results depend on multiple factors beyond the academy’s control.
Legal and Financial Advice: The consultations we provide are not a substitute for professional legal or financial advice.
